Dear Friends and Neighbours,
THE PSC COMMUNITY THEATRE IS COMING BACK!
As many of you may remember, for approximately 15 years the PSC Community Theatre brought entertaining and enjoyable live theatre to our Point St. Charles community, with plays performed by enthusiastic local amateur actors.
Unfortunately, like so many community activities, we were forced to close during the COVID years. It has taken us some time to reorganize and get things up and running again — but we are very pleased to announce that the PSC Community Theatre is preparing to return!
We are currently updating our website, and we are tentatively planning to present our next production toward the end of November 2026. Exact dates and details will be announced shortly.
We are also delighted to be returning to our traditional home:
The “Old Bank”
1900 Wellington Street
Corner of Sainte-Madeleine
Point St. Charles
This wonderful neighbourhood venue was home to the great majority of our previous productions, and we are very happy to be returning there.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR ACTORS & VOLUNTEERS!
As we prepare for our return, we would love to hear from members of the community who might be interested in getting involved.
Whether you would like to try your hand at acting, help behind the scenes, assist with sets, costumes, publicity or front-of-house, or simply volunteer wherever needed, we would be delighted to hear from you.
No previous theatre experience is necessary — just enthusiasm and a willingness to have some fun!
We are also using this announcement to test our old mailing list, which has not been active for several years. If you have received this message, we hope you will stay with us as we begin sharing news about the return of the PSC Community Theatre.
Interested in acting or volunteering?
Please contact us at info@psccommunity.com.
And please feel free to share this announcement with friends, neighbours, or anyone else who might enjoy becoming involved in community theatre and suggest that they might like to add their name to our email list.
Thank you for your past support. We look forward to welcoming everyone back to the PSC Community Theatre — both on stage and in the audience!
